Chemical wash vs chemical overhaul?
Chemical wash is done in-place — no dismantling. Chemical overhaul means the full unit is removed, every part cleaned individually and reassembled. Overhaul is needed only when washing cannot fix the issue.
Do you service all aircon brands?
Yes — Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, LG, Samsung, Fujitsu, Toshiba, Midea and others. For Cassette and ceiling-mounted units, please mention when booking.
How long does each service take?
General: ~30 min/unit. FoamJet: ~40 min/unit. Chemical wash: ~45 min/unit. Chemical overhaul: ~60–90 min/unit.
Do I need to be home?
Yes. An adult must be present for the full duration to provide access and sign off on the job.
Can a dirty aircon affect my health?
Yes. Neglected units accumulate dust, mould and bacteria which circulate into your indoor air — triggering allergies and respiratory issues. Regular servicing is essential for healthy air quality.

Are there hidden charges?
None. All prices include GST and transport. Additional work is always quoted before proceeding — you are never charged for work you did not agree to.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, PayNow and bank transfer. Payment due on day of service. Annual contracts paid upfront.
Why is the repair diagnostic $60?
It covers the technician's time and transport. If you proceed with the repair, the $60 is fully waived.

How quickly can I get an appointment?
Same-day or next-day slots available. Book by 12pm for a same-day afternoon slot. Weekends fill fast — book 2 days ahead.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours before — no charge. Within 24 hours or no-show = $20 admin fee. Annual contract holders get one free reschedule per year.
How is my appointment slot confirmed?
After submitting your booking, our team will WhatsApp you within 30 minutes to confirm your slot. Your appointment is only confirmed upon our reply.
What areas do you serve?
Singapore island-wide — all HDB, condo and landed. Commercial on request.
After Service
Is there a service guarantee?
Yes — 14-day guarantee on all jobs. Same issue recurs, we return at no charge. Annual contract holders get priority re-service within 48 hours.
Still not cold after servicing?
Contact us within 14 days — we'll investigate at no cost. Common causes are low refrigerant gas or a faulty component, both covered under our follow-up policy.
How often should I service my aircon?
NEA recommends every 3 months. Minimum twice a year. Annual chemical wash prevents mould and keeps air quality healthy.
